In late 2024, I began a project with CLO3D to create a community-ready outfit that tackles some of real-time cloth’s toughest challenges, long flowing jackets, layered garments (jacket, vest, shirt), flowy belts, and rigid elements like surface-mounted hardware, while still running at a playable framerate.
The work culminated in my UEFest talk in Orlando (Spring 2025) and a 10,000-word “zero-to-hero” guide for Chaos Cloth, written between projects and after work hours, released in February 2026. Alongside the article,
I released the full project files so artists and technical artists can follow the pipeline end-to-end.
